Our very own herb garden at Posthotel Lamm will no doubt be one of the great highlights of your summer holidays in Castelrotto in the Dolomites! All the traditional South Tyrolean culinary delights served by our kitchen staff are further refined by the use of these traditional herbs which were allegedly used by the famous Sciliar witches.
