Meals

All rates include 3/4 board arrangement. No refund is granted on non-consumed services. We politely ask our guests not to use your mobile phones in the dining rooms during meal hours.

Arrival & departure

Hygiene and cleanliness are very important to us. Therefore your room is available from 3 pm on arrival day, and must be vacated at 11 am on departure day to give our cleaning personnel adequate time to fully guarantee that our hygiene standards are respected.

Rooms

Please contact us if you would like to use a double room as a single. We will design an individual offer for you. Please note that it is not possible for us to guarantee desired rooms or floors.

Car park

Surcharge for car parking in the hotel car park: EUR 13 per day.

Children

Here are our rates for our young guests:
Under 3 years of age: EUR 15.00
3 to 5 years of age: -50%
6 to 13 years of age: -30%
From 14 years on: -20 %

The above discounts are based on room rates in the desired room category and are only valid for children staying in a room with their parents.

Dogs

Dogs are very welcome in the hotel, however they are not allowed in the dining room. A surcharge of EUR 15 per day (no food included) applies. You will be made accountable for any damage caused by your dog. The hotel cannot be held responsible for personal damage caused by your dogs.

Internet

You can access the hotel’s WLAN wireless network in the hotel lounge.

Package deals

Please note that there can be no refund on non-consumed services included in package deals.

Rates

All rates are in EUR and include taxes, 3/4 board arrangement and all-inclusive services. Should you only desire bed & breakfast a EUR 10 discount will be granted.

Bookings and deposit

Your booking is deemed confirmed once the deposit of EUR 300 per room/suite has been received by our bank. Deposits can be paid by credit card or by bank transfer to Castelrotto Raiffeisen bank– IBAN IT 67 C 08056 23100 000300012491, Swift Code RZSB IT 21011.

Cancellation regulations

Bookings can be cancelled only in written form.

Should you cancel your booking between 1 month and 2 weeks prior to the scheduled arrival day, you will be charged for a stay of 3 days at Posthotel Lamm. From 2 weeks prior to arrival day onwards you will be charged 70 % of the total sum of your booking. In case of delayed arrival or premature departure you will be charged 70 % of the daily rate corresponding to your booking. We strongly recommend to all our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance.

Payment

All payments at Posthotel Lamm are made in EUR. Payments can be made by traveler cheque, EC card, ATM card, Visa or MasterCard.

Wellness area

All bookings offer free access to our Aiguana wellness area which offers a “witches’ grotto“ with steam bath, Finnish sauna, infrared booth, Kneipp facilities, massage showers etc. Additionally booked baths, massages and beauty treatments must be paid separately.

VOUCHERS

Hotel vouchers are a lovely present for every season. All you need to do is tell us about length of stay etc and we will provide you with the vouchers for your loved ones!

THANK YOU PASS

If you recommend our hotel to friends and they book a minimum stay of 7 days for 2 persons, you will receive a wellness voucher of EUR 35 as a thank you for your efforts. All you need to do is make sure your friends give us your name upon arrival in the hotel.
